20 years old, Kuakata Bangladesh

Monotosh was born in a devout Hindu family and was raised in a poor village. To gain a better education, Monotosh was sent to the city at a young age. That is where he was able to attend a Christian Center where they received nutritional and educational support. At first the kids mocked him because he was a village boy but soon after, he made friends. He began attending the kids ministry and realized he did not enjoy it. Soon after, God started to touch his heart and he received Christ but he didn’t tell his parents. In the meantime, he was entrusted with high responsibilities at the Center. A year later, he built up the courage to tell his parents but when he did his Dad threatened him and told him to never come home. God started leading him to our team and he decided to resign at the Center and join us in Ministry. Today, Monotosh is actively involved in preaching the Gospel with our team in Kuakata and growing in Christ.
